1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the exclusive transaction currency of the Platform.

• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits or free-play awards granted by bij999 under specific promotional conditions.
• "Restricted Activities" means any conduct prohibited under Section 9 of these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

2.1 The bij999 Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2.2 bij999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any User at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority.

2.3 Where bij999 has reasonable grounds to believe a User is under 21, the account will be suspended without notice. Any funds held in such accounts will be retained pending completion of age verification. Deposits made by a confirmed underage User will not be converted into winnings and will be subject to refund procedures at bij999's discretion.

2.4 The Platform is intended for personal, recreational use by residents and nationals of Bangladesh. Users located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local regulations. bij999 makes no representation that access to the Platform is lawful in any specific jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 To use the real-money features of bij999, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must update them promptly if they change.

3.2 Only one registered account is permitted per person, per household, per device, and per payment method. bij999 uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated funds may be forfeited.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. bij999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

3.4 If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify bij999 immediately at [email protected]. bij999 may suspend the account pending investigation at its sole discretion.

3.5 bij999 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits

4.1 All deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by bij999, which currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfers including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via mobile wallet. Minimum deposit thresholds for bank transfers may differ and will be displayed at the time of transaction.

4.3 All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members — are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

4.4 bij999 does not charge deposit fees. Your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own transfer charges, which are outside bij999's control.

4.5 Deposits are typically credited to your bij999 balance instantly or within a few minutes. Where a delay occurs, contact [email protected] with your transaction reference number.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. bij999 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

5.2 Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within approximately two minutes during operational hours (BST, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals are processed on a same-day basis for requests submitted during BST business hours.

5.3 bij999 may place a withdrawal on hold for up to 72 hours where: (a) identity verification has not been completed; (b) the account is under investigation for suspected fraud or rule breach; or (c) the withdrawal exceeds standard processing thresholds requiring additional review.

5.4 The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits will be communicated to Users on request or during the withdrawal process.

5.5 Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Real-money deposits are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to identity verification being complete.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 bij999 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of the offer, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and minimum odds (for sports bonuses).

6.2 Where a wagering requirement is stated (e.g., 20x), the full bonus amount multiplied by that factor must be wagered on eligible games before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.

6.3 bij999 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to an account before the change takes effect, provided all other terms are met.

6.4 Promotions are intended for personal recreational use only. Any use of bonuses in a systematic, coordinated, or commercially motivated manner — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage betting, and bonus farming — constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account closure.

7. Games and Sports Betting

7.1 bij999 offers access to casino games (slots, live dealer tables, card games, crash games) and a sports sportsbook. All casino games are supplied by third-party studios including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. bij999 does not operate its own game server or RNG.

7.2 Sports betting markets are offered on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and international matches involving Bangladesh), football, kabaddi, and other sports. bij999 reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle markets differently where results are disputed, matches are abandoned, or technical errors affect published odds.

7.3 In the event of a manifest error in odds, game display, or payout calculation, bij999 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes to Users' accounts. "Manifest error" means an error that is obvious and unambiguous on its face.

7.4 Winnings are credited to your bij999 account balance upon settlement of the relevant game or sporting event. Credited amounts are available for withdrawal or further wagering immediately upon settlement.

8. Identity Verification (KYC)

8.1 bij999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. Users may be required to submit identity documents before withdrawal requests are processed.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bij999 Platform. Engaging in any of them constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account for yourself or on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or AI tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Users in poker, card games, or any other multi-player format.
• Using the Platform to launder money or finance any illegal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the bij999 software or intellectual property.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bij999 staff or other users via any communication channel.
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity or proceeds of fraud.

10. Responsible Gaming

10.1 bij999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion to help Users manage their gambling activity.

11.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. No content from the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written consent from bij999.

12. Limitation of Liability
